A Little About Me

I’m a UX/UI designer with over 10 years of experience across visual design, web design, and product UX, focused on creating clear, user-centered digital experiences that scale.
Currently at U-Haul, I lead end-to-end UX design across customer-facing web and mobile platforms as well as internal tools. My work includes translating complex user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive solutions, building and maintaining design systems, and partnering closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design decisions with both delivery and long-term product vision.
Previously, I worked as a Senior Web Designer at Newfold Digital, designing and launching high volumes of custom WordPress websites and promotional design concepts in a fast-paced production environment. Earlier roles in art direction and graphic design built a strong foundation in visual craft, storytelling, and brand consistency.
Across every role, my focus has remained the same: designing with empathy, clarity, and purpose. I’m grounded in the belief that great design isn’t about pixels—it’s about people.

Where It All Started

Even as a kid, I was passionate about art. You could always find me painting, coloring, or doodling whenever I had free time. I loved watching cartoons and trying to mimic their styles. My math book margins were covered in doodles—much to the chagrin of my teachers. In art class, I always excelled at whatever project came my way. Even when things didn’t turn out exactly how I envisioned, I enjoyed every minute of the process.
When it came time to start college, I had no idea what I wanted to do. In my mind, what I loved most couldn’t possibly be a career—who would pay me to doodle, paint, and color all day? Luckily, my first class was a career exploration class, where I took a personality type test (ENFP, in case you’re wondering). Little did I know those four letters would unlock a world of possibilities. Graphic design was at the top of my career recommendations—and that’s where my journey began.
Since college, I’ve had countless opportunities to grow and explore the design world. As a UX/UI designer, I love using my strengths to help people easily navigate technology.
