Where It All Started
I’ve had a passion for art since I was a kid. I felt compelled to draw, paint, or doodle in the margins of my math book. Art was always something I enjoyed and excelled at.
Like many others, I had no idea what I wanted to do when I started college. So, I took a course that assisted you in finding jobs based on your Myer Briggs personality type (ENFP, in case you were wondering). The results revealed that I might enjoy a career in graphic design.
I began taking classes and quickly fell in love with graphic design and web design (Uh Oh! Love Triangle). Since then, I’ve honed my design skills and expanded into UI/UX design.
Experience
Senior Web Designer
Newfold Digital (Formerly Endurance Intl.) | September 2019 – Present
- Designed and built WordPress sites to customer specifications while working collaboratively with clients to meet their unique needs.
- Consistently over-delivered monthly quota of sites launched, launching more than 10 new sites a month.
- Successfully piloted and implemented a faster design process for the company, resulting in faster site delivery.
- Created high-quality custom logos for client business to represent their brand.
- Developed and implemented design best practices and training courses for junior designers.
- Coached junior designers related to their web design to achieve the best overall design for a client.

HP2 Promotions Inc. | July 2018 – August 2019
- Created custom graphics and assets for promotional items for companies such as Corona, Modelo, Kilt Lifter, and Girl Scouts of America.
- Designed innovative new signs and posters required for customer store displays.
- Implemented new features for our promotional store that increased traffic and sales.
