Responsibilities
As the UX Researcher and UX Designer, my responsibilities included conducting user research to understand the needs and pain points of our target personas, designing the app and website interfaces, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience, and iterating on designs based on user feedback.
The Problem
Finding eco-friendly, high-tech, and family-friendly camping gear online can be difficult, with issues such as misleading product descriptions, poor website functionality, and insufficient product information.
The Goal
To create an app and a responsive website for Trailblazer Outfitters that provides a user-friendly, efficient, and informative shopping experience, catering to the specific needs of environmentally conscious, budget-aware, and tech-savvy campers.
The Project
An app and a responsive website for a camping supply store to advertise and sell its products. The camping supply store is called Trailblazer Outfitters.
